The cleansing, purifying, and invigorating properties of Lemon make it one of the most versatile oil. Lemon is a powerful cleansing agent that purifies the air and surfaces, and can be used as a non-toxic cleaner throughout the home. When added to water, Lemon oil provides a refreshing and healthy boost throughout the day. Lemon oil is frequently added to food to enhance the flavor of desserts and main dishes. When diffused, Lemon oil is very uplifting and energizing and has been shown to help improve mood.

Benefits and Usage

  • Hair Care

Add a few drops in your shampoo, or even massage few drops diluted in water in the scalp every time you wash your hair.

  • Skin Oil

Add 2-3 drops in your favorite moisturizer and apply before going to bed. (It is recommended to stay out of direct sunlight for at least 12 hours after using lemon oil on the skin. 

  • Disinfectant and cleaner

Got greasy hands from working on your car or bike and regular soap isn’t doing the trick? No worries - just add a few drops of lemon essential oil with your soap and get your clean and soft hands back! Add 10 drops of lemon oil and 7 drops tea tree oil to a 16-oz spray bottle fill with pure water (and a little bit of white vinegar) for a traditional cleaning favorite.

  • Aromatherapy

Pour a few drops onto a cotton ball and tuck into a corner of the room, refresh the cotton as required. Can also be used as a diffuser oil by adding a few drops with water to an essential oil burner. When diffusing this oil on its own, use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.

  • Laundry

If you ever leave your laundry sitting in the washer for too long, just add a few drops of lemon essential oil to your load before drying and your clothes won’t get that foul smell.

How to Use

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.

Use: Dilute with Coconut Oil or any other carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. (Skin Patch Test is recommended)
